Delivery Policy

Although we are based in Iowa City, we deliver to and operate events across the state of Iowa.

To avoid scheduling conflicts, and to make certain that every customer receives the items for their event in time for the event, we generally prefer a 72-hour window for all deliveries.

Please read our PRE-DELIVERY CHECKLIST to be aware of what we need from you to ensure proper delivery.

Our delivery prices are based on mileage (distance), amount of equipment required, and the labor required.

Prices vary from town to town, and they include both delivery and pick-up. Please call us to get a quote on the specific delivery charges to your event location.
